THE LAND

LOCATION
The property has year-round access and is surrounded by large ranches, new roads, and perimeter fencing. The land is near several small and large cities in all directions. The closest city is Trinidad, Colorado, and is located roughly 40 minutes to the west. Trinidad has all the conveniences one would expect in a small town: shopping, restaurants, hotels, and even a small private airport. Raton, New Mexico, similar in size, also sits within 1-hour southwest, and a little further to the southeast is the quaint town of Dalhart, Texas.
Other outdoor and recreational activities include Trinidad Lake State Park, within an hour's drive, which houses an 800-acre reservoir just west of Trinidad. It allows fishing, hunting, camping, boating, and hiking.
