Big Ax Mountain Ranch
Property Description
Big Ax Mountain Ranch is 1,400+ acres of mountain wonderland located just south of Wales, Utah. There are a series of ravines and canyons that give this a true mountain property feel (elevation of 6,100' - 7,930'), but with flatter terrain up top to make moving through the ranch easier. Plenty of recreation is available in the surrounding area including fishing and hunting. The area is known for producing quality Mule Deer and Elk, and this ranch sets up nicely for rifle hunts. BLM borders on the East and West sides of the property, with private land bordering the rest. Backcountry mountain roads and trails provide access to the property and surrounding areas. There are no improvements currently on the property, so the new owner will have options.
