Harvey Jay Platt is an Arizona native who has spent the last 15 years ranching, hunting, and exploring the diverse landscape of New Mexico. Jay has been a licensed Real Estate agent for over a decade and previously worked at one the top NM brokerages. Ranching is in his blood as he is a multiple generation rancher.

Hunting is one of his great passions, and he has traveled internationally to hunt for a variety of Big Game.  Jay is the founder and Co/Owner of G3 Outfitters (Arizona/New Mexico) speciallizing in Elk, Mule Deer, Antelope, Big Horn Sheep, Ibex, Aoudad, and Oryx hunts.  Professionally hunting and guiding has proven to be a huge asset when assisting clients in selling or purchasing ranch Real Estate.  Understanding the inner workings and operational management of ranching and guiding operations has allowed a deeper understanding of ranch functionality.  Jay hopes to assist each ranch buyer with the ability to see land not only for what it is but also for what it can become.

Jay, his wife Kimberly, and their four children have spent their lives living rurally and recreating on the lands they love.  They enjoy the simple things and the lifestyle that ranches provide.
