Gage Stephens has always had a passion for everything pertaining to the outdoors. He was born and raised in central Florida. Here he spent countless hours fly fishing for Redfish and Snook in the Indian River Lagoon. In addition to fishing, Gage enjoyed hunting for Whitetail, turkeys, and hogs in the Florida swamps. Recently, he decided to move out West to chase big game.

As a construction superintendent in South Florida, Gage gained valuable experience and developed a strong commitment to excellence. He also gained a keen understanding of the importance of doing things right the first time to avoid future complications. His hands-on experience with various ranch improvement projects, including helping his Father manage a 26,000-acre ranch in South Florida, further solidified his love for land management and outdoor activities.

Driven by his passion for real estate and land improvement, Gage relocated to Colorado and founded his company. Summit Outdoor Services is a property enhancement and habitat improvement company that culminates in Gage's expertise from a hunting background and construction experience.
