Mule deer licenses are part of the limited draw process as well as pronghorn licenses.

Anglers will find a variety of reservoirs just east of the property; Lake Meredith Reservoir, Lake Henry, Dye Reservoir, Holbrook Reservoir. Great Sand Dunes National Park are just to the west and Crestone Needle, Electric Peak, and Cottonwood Peak are also in close proximity.
