Elk tags have the possibility of being drawn with zero to one points. Mule Deer hunting is draw only. In 2016 several 200 class typical mule deer have been harvested within a few miles of the farm/ranch! Unit Wide - 2nd season rifle 51% of the land owners drew tags with zero preference points.
